This was my first time creating custom charms, and the team was so helpful and responsive. I’m also impressed by the price and speed, considering how specifically you are able to customize the product you want. Absolutely would recommend, this is a great company and I’m glad to have found them!
I didn't expect much but decided to go with the sample pack nevertheless, as it is very reasonably priced. The sample pack is stuffed with nice goodies, and everything seems to be high quality.
However, one of the charms is missing a label (I can tell which one it is, but if it were more, it'd be hard to tell). Many of the charms are also missing the rings and loops (name?), but since not all of them do, it's really hard for me to tell if a proper order would come with or without these.
Sadly, there's also no magnet in the sample pack, which would've been important (it's a bit hard to tell how well magnets work from pictures only :P)
Depite all my whining, I still decided to give 4 stars, as the quality of the products is really good. Still, at the moment I'm not sure if I'm willing to switch suppliers, as I feel like I'm left with more questions than answers.
