Excellent custom charms! When we came up with the idea to have custom charms made, we had no idea where to source them and how they would turn out. We did 20+ custom designs and Zap was incredible from start to finish - the ordering process, the proofing process, and super fast production and shipping. We were so impressed with the quality of the charms - so much better than we expected and our customers commented on how nice they are. We are so glad we partnered with Zap for this project and will definitely use them again!

It was the first time tat I made this and I was looking forward to the result and was completely blown away. The whole thing worked out as planned and production was precise. I love it

I was contacted to confirm the proofs for my designs and the communication from the design team was excellent! I loved how the products were packaged with sustainable packaging and the order was filled and shipped in a more than reasonable amount of time. Will be working with Zap again :)

Very happy with the quality of my badges; they're sturdy and well made with careful attention to detail, and the designs look crisp with vibrant colours. Communication throughout the production process was clear, I was kept well informed about the progress of my order at each step. Will definitely be coming back when I have more merch made!

love zap

Great customer service, and great products. They have always been very good to me. I am a repeat customer for stickers and eco metal pins. Highly recommended!!

The customer service is great and i have always been very pleased with the product! We had a bit of a mix up with a big order and they addressed it immediately and shipped the additional pieces very quickly. thank you team zap

You guys captured every pixel perfectly, even in the smallest size. Captured my vision brilliantly :)

This is my first time purchasing keychains from Zap! and they look fantastic! The colours really pop and the overall quality is superb. Took about 2 weeks from proofing to delivery but it was worth the wait. I already want to order more! The Zap! team were also very helpful when I had a question about the finish of the keychains.

I absolutely love my little charms, the print finish is perfect, even when printed so teeny tiny! Zap Creatives are great at communicating throughout the process as well, and I really appreciated that. Excited for my next batch!

Oh my goodness! This keychain is PERFECT!! The colors are beautiful and true to my art and the size is perfect! And the quality of everything is absolutely AMAZING!! My keychain arrived in recyclable packaging and very safely, even shipping from a long distance! You've all done such an incredible job, thank you SO much!! :D ♡♡♡

Really REALLY good quality! Witness my horde

Sticker sheets arrived quickly and the process from proofs to product was really smooth. The stickers are high quality and look super good. :)

The clear acrylic keychain turned out just as I hoped and it looks really good!

These turned out really gorgeous! The colors are amazing 👏 I have been looking for custom ornaments that are not so expensive because I need to sell them wholesale. I will definitely order more. I just ordered the hanging strings separately and they are perfect.
