Our fully customisable metal standees are perfect for creating awesome standing figurines and collectibles, or showcasing your artwork. Proudly manufactured here in the UK using recycled stainless steel, our metal standees offer an eco-friendly solution for your custom merchandise needs.
With our innovative flat pack design, shipping to your customers is both convenient and cost-effective. Simply fold and display and bring your standees to life!
Free Artwork Setup
We offer FREE artwork setup for all our products and services.
Simply submit your artwork using the 'Upload Artwork' button or by sending directly to design@zapcreatives.com; along with any instructions that you feel would be beneficial and we’ll do the rest.
We'll set up your artwork for free and send you a digital proof. Once you approve your proof, we'll produce your custom merchandise.
Please note that any artwork you submit must be AT LEAST the same size as your requested product size. For best results we recommend 300dpi files.
Standee Dimensions
Small - Upright = 25x38mm. Base = 25x13mm
Medium - Upright = 38x51mm. Base = 38x25mm
Large - Upright = 75x51mm. Base = 51x25mm
All artwork must fit inside of the 'Upright' dimensions of the standee. The base dimensions are for logos only.
Logo Sizes
Small - Maximum size = 15mm x 8mm
Medium - Maximum size = 30mm x 15mm
Large - Maximum size = 30mm x 15mm
Logos are printed on the 'Base' of the standee and will appear under the base once the standeee has been folded into its final display position.

Use our single quantity option to purchase samples of your designs before committing to a final production run. Once you are satisfied with your samples and you are ready to place a full order, we will provide you with a discount code for 50% of the cost of any samples ordered.
You must inform us when placing bulk orders based on previous samples so that we can ensure repeatability.
Please note that discount codes can only be used on final orders based on your sample artwork and will only be valid on orders placed within 30 days of your sample order.
You should expect to produce several prototypes of your designs before commiting to a final production run. Purchasing samples will give you the opportunity to see how your designs will look once they are turned into finished products and will allow you to check for any potential problems with your artwork.
We cannot issue refunds or replacements for any artwork issues where samples were not requested beforehand.
To receive your discount code, simply contact us at info@zapcreatives.com with your sample order number(s) and we will issue you with a unique code for 50% of the cost of any applicable samples received.

Can you help me set up my standee designs?
Yes! Simply submit your artwork using the 'upload artwork' button or email your artwork to info@zapcreatives.com, along with any instructions and we'll create your standees and send you a digital proof for your approval.
What material are the metal standees made of?
We use 304 stainless steel for our metal standees.
Can your metal standees be recycled?
Yes, stainless steel can be recycled many times over.
Is this stainless steel hypoallergenic & nickel free?
Yes, 304 stainless steel is nickel free, hypoallergenic and won't tarnish or rust.
How thick is the metal?
Our printed metal standees are 0.7mm thick.
How do you display the standees?
We apply discreet cutlines to your metal standees, allowing you to easily bend or fold the standee into an upright position for displaying.
Where where will my logo be displayed?
You can add an optional logo to your standees. This will appear on the base of the standee, once your standee has been folded into position.
How many designs can I have per order?
You can submit up to 2 unique designs when you purchase 10 standees and up to 5 unique designs when you purchase 25+.
How do I send multiple designs using your 'Upload Artwork ' button?
To submit multiple designs via our 'Upload Artwork' button, you will need to group all of your designs into a .zip format folder. to do this simply select all of your designs, right click your mouse and go to > Send To > Compressed zipped folder. You can then upload this folder using the 'Upload Artwork' button.

How long do I have to submit my artwork?
You have up to 2 weeks from the date of your order to submit your artwork.
Can I place a re-order?
We store your artwork for 6 months, which helps us to provide you with consistent results whenever you need a re-order. Simply quote your previous order number(s) when placing your new order and we'll use the artwork that we have for you on file.

Production times for our custom standee manufacturing service is approximately 10 working days* from proof approval plus the delivery times below...
*The production times listed on our website are based on an average-sized order. For larger orders, orders containing multiple customised products, and bespoke orders with complex design elements, please contact our admin team, for an accurate production time based on your order.
We only recommend our 'Standard' shipping options for non-urgent orders. Although the postal carriers claim to adhere to the delivery times below, we have experienced packages shipped using our 'Standard' services to take up to 12 weeks to arrive.

Eco Metal Merchandise
All our metal products are ideal for creating your own range of Eco-friendly merchandise.
100% made in the UK from Stainless Steel and Brass; All our metal products can be recycled time and time again, ensuring minimum waste is produced when using these materials.
All of the inks that we use are VOC free and adhere to strict EU standards. And all of our resin domed products are manufactured using a polyurethane monomer made from corn and soybean by-products.
Corn and soybeans are both available in abundance and reduce our dependence on petrochemicals.
Our Bio-resin performs and lasts as long as regular PU resins, whilst being significantly kinder to the environment.
