This is our second order of pin badges. We are so impressed with the quality - the print is incredibly detailed, retaining all the depth of the original artwork and the badges feel sturdy and well made. We will be purchasing again!
I'm an old customer and I'm still so very happy with Zap! For the first time I had a problem with one of my files which wasn't really nice once printed on wood and after a little back and forth with the design departement which very kindly warned me, they very nicely modified my design and it's now perfect. I also ordered for the first time some very very tiny charms (0.5") and they turned out perfectly printed. Customer service 5 stars as it has always been.
I’ve been working with the Zap team for over ten years now, and through changes and advancements, they’ve proven to be a reliable and excellent partner after all this time! Friendly and helpful workers, excellent products, I always look forward to shooting my next request to them! <3
