Products & Materials
We aim to provide our clients with quality recycled promotional products and promotional merchandise, using eco-friendly materials that have a minimal impact on the environment.

Acrylic
Products created using this material include…

We now offer an 'Eco' range of acrylic charms that use 100% recycled and recyclable acrylics that have reached the end of their life-cycle and are destined for landfill or incineration.
Recycled acrylic (R-MMA) looks and performs as well as standard virgin acrylic (PMMA) whilst being completely VOC and HFC free and significantly kinder to the environment.
Our acrylic suppliers are auto-sustainable and power their production facility using waste products from their manufacturing processes.
You'll find our ‘eco’ range clearly labelled throughout our website.
All our acrylics, both ‘Eco’ and ‘regular’ are collected by our suppliers and recycled into R-MMA. This has eliminated our acrylic waste.

Preserving our planet’s trees woodlands and forests is imperative, which is why all the wood that we use comes from sustainable, responsibly managed woodlands.
We only ever use fast-growing species of trees like Birch, Maple, Cherry and Walnut as these are the most sustainable. These woods are removed at the rate of their growth which means that the woodlands, from which they originate will retain their supply and characters indefinitely.
Eco Fact - By swapping your enamel pin badges for wooden pin badges you will use 20 to 24 times less energy, whilst reducing your CO2 emissions by a third!

Paper & Card Stock
Products using this material include…

- Invoices
We print all your backing card designs onto 100% recycled, uncoated paper stock, created from post-consumer waste; Providing you with an eco-friendly packaging solution.
If your backing cards are placed inside clear display bags, please rest assured that these bags are made from annually renewable PLA derived from corn or similar starches (potato, etc.) and are fully biodegradable and compostable, breaking down to CO2 and H2O.
All of the papers that we use for general office duties, such as invoices are also 100% recycled, uncoated paper stock, created from post-consumer waste. Any waste paper that we produce is shredded and recycled.

We offer a range of Eco-friendly paper stickers, which we always recommend for customers that would like to produce stickers for single use applications such as packaging stickers or promotional, give-away stickers.
Made from responsibly sourced papers from managed woodlands. Our Eco range of stickers are 100% PVC free and 100% recyclable.

Packaging
Bubble Wrap
We use bubble wrap to protect your products in transit. All of our bubble wrap is made from 100% recycled paper and is 100% biodegradable making it a fantastic, environmentally friendly alternative to plastic bubble wrap.
Padded Envelopes
We use Jiffy’s ‘Green’ range of Jiffy bags to protect your merchandise during transit.
Jiffy’s Green range has replaced the plastic bubble wrap in their padded envelopes with macerated paper, which traps air and provides cushioning to your products during transit.
Made with a minimum of 75% recycled materials, Jiffy’s Green range is 100% recyclable, compostable and biodegradable after use.
Clear Document Holders
The clear document holders that display your name and address on the outside of your packages have been replaced with a PLA (Polylactic Acid) alternative, which is made from plant starch (corn and potatoes).
This material is completely biodegradable and compostable, breaking down to CO2 and H20.
Packaging Tape
We have replaced all of our plastic packaging tapes with an eco-friendly alternative.
You’ll now find all your Zap! packages sealed using 100% recyclable, brown paper tape with a rubber adhesive, which can be recycled with along with your packaging.
The paper is sourced from within the EU and is manufactured in the UK and as the adhesive is rubber, this tape is classed as vegan-friendly.
Clear Display bags
Our clear display bags are made from annually renewable PLA (Polylactic Acid), which is made from plant starch (corn and potatoes) and is completely biodegradable and compostable, breaking down to CO2 and H20.
Our clear display bags are used to individually package custom merchandise ranges such as our pin badges and charms.
Our clear display bags look and perform just like regular cellophane bags, but they are much kinder to the environment. These bags are, however, more susceptible to moisture and should be protected from prolonged exposure to humidity.
Packaging bags
We have replaced all our clear plastic packaging bags and plastic bubble wrap bags with 100% recycled brown paper bags. Manufactured from strong, 70gsm kraft paper, sourced from sustainable forests.
You will now receive your custom merchandise wrapped in these bags and sealed with a paper sticker or brown paper tape.

Waste
Acrylics
All our waste acrylics are collected by our suppliers so that they can be recycled and used again and again. This eradicates any of our waste acrylics from going to landfills or from being incinerated. We no longer produce acrylic waste!
Other Waste
All our wood, card, paper, and glass are collected on a regular basis and recycled using a local, recycling company that specialises in commercial recycling.
Food waste is placed into compostable bin liners made from corn starch, which are 100% biodegradable.
Sorting bins are placed around our premises to encourage sorting and recycling of all waste.

A Greener Future
2019 has already been an amazing year for our shift to become a greener merchandise manufacturing company and by continuing our research into more eco-friendly processes and materials we aim to reduce our carbon footprint further over the coming weeks, months and years.
We are currently researching several new projects, which will help us to achieve this, including meeting our machinery's energy demands using renewable sources and offering our staff incentives to help minimise their impact on the environment, both inside and outside of working hours.
