Can you help set up our club designs?

Yes. Simply send us your club badge, logo, crest, player artwork or slogan using the Upload Artwork button or email your files to info@zapcreatives.com. Our in-house artwork team will prepare your standee designs and send a digital proof for approval before production begins.

Will we receive a proof before production?

Yes. We always provide a digital artwork proof so you can review and approve your standees before full production starts.

What materials are football club standees made from?

Our standees are available in:

Recycled acrylic (R-MMA) – clear, durable and fully recyclable
FSC-certified wood - responsibly sourced and environmentally friendly

Both options are ideal for club merchandise, displays and collectables.

How thick are the standees?

Acrylic standees are made from a 3mm printed upright that push-fits into a 5mm printed base, creating a sturdy, free-standing display. Wooden standees are made from a 4mm printed upright that push-fits into a 4mm printed base.

How are the standees eco-friendly?

Our recycled acrylic is produced from plastics that have reached the end of their life cycle and would otherwise go to landfill or incineration. It performs the same as virgin acrylic while being VOC and HFC free. Our wooden standees are made from FSC-certified materials, supporting responsible forestry.

How long does production take?

Production times vary. Please check the Production & Delivery section for current lead times. We recommend ordering early for key fixtures or events.

How long do we have to submit artwork?

You have up to 2 weeks from placing your order to submit your artwork.

Can we place a re-order?

Yes. We store your artwork for 6 months, making re-orders quick and consistent. Simply quote your previous order number.

How long does shipping take?
