U.S. courier delivery is £20 for orders up to £199.99 and £10 for orders of £200 or more. Your order is sent using a tracked DDP courier service from the UK.

Once your order has finished production and has been dispatched, delivery to the United States usually takes 2–3 working days. This delivery estimate is separate from the production time shown for your products.

Any applicable import duties, tariffs and related charges are handled under our DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping service. These costs are calculated as part of the ordering process, so you can see the relevant charges before your order is completed.

You won't receive an additional customs or import bill when your parcel arrives. Because your order is shipped DDP, the applicable import charges are paid before delivery rather than being collected from you by the courier at the door.

Yes. Import costs can vary depending on the products, materials, quantities and order value. The most accurate charges will be calculated for your order at checkout. For larger or more complex orders, you can also contact our team and we’ll be happy to help you understand the likely shipping and import costs before you place your order.
