We ship to Europe using DAP (Delivered At Place). This means we cover the cost of getting your order to your address, but import VAT, duty and any handling fees may be charged by your local customs authority or the courier before delivery.

European courier delivery is £15 for orders up to £249.99 and £10 for orders of £250 or more. Orders are sent using a tracked courier service from the UK.
Once your order has finished production and has been dispatched, delivery to most European destinations usually takes 2–3 working days. This is the delivery time only and is separate from the production lead time for your products.
Possibly. European orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place). This means you pay Zap! for your products and shipping at checkout, but your local customs authority or courier may collect import VAT, customs duty and clearance or handling fees before delivery.
The exact amount depends on your country, the products ordered, their value and the applicable customs classification.
If import charges apply, your courier or local customs authority will normally contact you once your shipment reaches the destination country.

No. European orders are currently shipped using DAP, so local import VAT, duty and courier clearance charges are not included in the amount you pay Zap! at checkout.
These charges are normally collected locally by the courier or your country's customs authority after your shipment enters your country.
If required import charges are not paid, the courier may be unable to release your parcel for delivery. The shipment could be held, returned to us or otherwise processed in line with the courier’s and local customs authority’s procedures.
Please note that our products are custom-made on a B2B basis to your specific instructions. Because they are produced specifically for your order, they cannot be returned or refunded simply because import charges were not paid or the shipment was refused.
