We ship to Canada using DAP (Delivered At Place). This means we cover the cost of getting your order to your address, but tax, duty and any handling fees may be charged by your local customs authority or the courier before delivery.

Canadian TRACKED courier delivery is £20 for orders up to £199.99 and £12 for orders of £200 or more.
UNTRACKED delivery is available for orders below £199.99, but please note that this shipping method can take between 5 to 12 weeks to arrive.
Once your order has finished production and has been dispatched, TRACKED delivery to most Canadian destinations usually takes 2–3 working days. UNTRACKED delivery usually takes 5-12 weeks. This is the delivery time only and is separate from the production lead time for your products.
Possibly. Canadian orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place). This means you pay Zap! for your products and shipping at checkout, but your courier or Canadian customs may collect GST/HST, provincial sales tax where applicable, import duty and clearance or handling fees before delivery. The exact amount depends on your province or territory, the products ordered, their value and the applicable customs classification.
If import charges apply, your courier or local customs authority will normally contact you once your shipment reaches the destination country.

No. Canadian orders are currently shipped using DAP, so local tax, duty and courier clearance charges are not included in the amount you pay Zap! at checkout.

If required import charges are not paid, the courier may be unable to release your parcel for delivery. The shipment could be held, returned to us or otherwise processed in line with the courier’s and local customs authority’s procedures.
Please note that our products are custom-made on a B2B basis to your specific instructions. Because they are produced specifically for your order, they cannot be returned or refunded simply because import charges were not paid or the shipment was refused.
