I've never made any sort of keychain before, and Zap was recommended as a great partner for a first- timer, and they were! Got my magnets and they're SO cute, vibrant, and smell great! My only critique for the future is that I wish the magnets had a full magnetic back to cover the surface area rather than just a magnetic button, but they get the job done. Thanks so much!

I'm thrilled with the quality! The fluorescent blue acrylic is a pastel blue under white light, and then glows brilliantly with blacklight. You can see the fluorescent blue charm (large - left) here in comparison with the regular clear acrylic charm (small - right).

I recently received my order, and unfortunately, the engraving quality does not meet the standard your company promised. The engraving is barely legible, inconsistent, and does not reflect the level of craftsmanship I expected. This is unacceptable, as I specifically chose your service based on the quality showcased on your website.
