We print your custom, wooden keychains in glorious full colour, onto a selection of responsibly sourced woods, before die-cutting them to whatever shape you like.
Choose from 4mm Maple, Cherry and walnut veneered MDF and upload multiple designs per order, before adding a shaped metal keychain fixing, to create your own truly custom promotional keychains.
We only use fast-growing, responsibly sourced woods to create your custom keychains.
By sourcing fast-growing woods from ethical suppliers we are able to provide our customers with quality merchandise, using environmentally friendly materials, whilst actively supporting responsible woodland management schemes.
Please note that all of our woods are natural materials, which means that the colour, grain, and texture of each sheet will be different from the next. This should be taken into consideration when using any of our woods.
Free Artwork Setup
We offer FREE artwork setup for all our products and services.
Simply submit your artwork using the 'Upload Artwork' button or by sending directly to design@zapcreatives.com; along with any instructions that you feel would be beneficial, hole or loop locations for example, and we’ll do the rest.
We'll set up your artwork for free and send you a digital proof. Once you approve your proof, we'll produce your charms.
Please note that any artwork you submit must be AT LEAST the same size as your requested charm size. For best results we recommend 300dpi files.

Use our single quantity option to purchase samples of your designs before committing to a final production run. Once you are satisfied with your samples and you are ready to place a full order, we will provide you with a discount code for 50% of the cost of any samples ordered.
You must inform us when placing bulk orders based on previous samples so that we can ensure repeatability.
Please note that discount codes can only be used on final orders based on your sample artwork and will only be valid on orders placed within 30 days of your sample order.
You should expect to produce several prototypes of your designs before commiting to a final production run. Purchasing samples will give you the opportunity to see how your designs will look once they are turned into finished products and will allow you to check for any potential problems with your artwork.
We cannot issue refunds or replacements for any artwork issues where samples were not requested beforehand.

Are your woods kind to the environment?
Preserving our planet’s trees, woodlands and forests is imperative, which is why all the wood that we use comes from sustainable, responsibly managed woodlands.
We only ever use fast-growing species of trees like Maple, Cherry and Walnut, as these are the most sustainable. These woods are removed at the rate of their growth, which means that the woodlands from which they originate, will retain their supply and characters indefinitely.
How thick are your woods?
Our veneered MDF is 4mm thick.
What does each wood look like?
Our Maple wood is the lightest in colour, with a light golden appearance. Our cherry wood is next, with a slight reddish hue.
Maple and Cherry have the lightest grains and smoothest textures.
Our Walnut wood is the darkest of all of the woods and has the heaviest, deepest grain.

Can you help me set up my keychain designs?
Yes! simply submit your artwork using the 'upload artwork' button or email your artwork to info@zapcreatives.com, along with any instructions (hole location, transparencies, etc) and we'll create your charms and send you a digital proof for your approval.
How many designs can I have per order?
Use the drop down list and choose up to 20 unique designs per order.
How do I send multiple designs using your 'Upload Artwork ' button?
To submit multiple designs via our 'Upload Artwork' button, you will need to group all of your designs into a .zip format folder. to do this simply select all of your designs, right click your mouse and go to > Send To > Compressed zipped folder. You can then upload this folder using the 'Upload Artwork' button.

What are the coloured connectors for?
The coloured connectors attach the metal keychain component to your acrylic charms.
How long do keychains take to make?
We aim to produce your charms within 5 to 10 working days from proof approval. We highly recommend ordering well in advance of any important dates, such as conventions.
How long do I have to submit my artwork?
You have up to 2 weeks from the date of your order, to submit your artwork.
Can I place a re-order?
We store your artwork for 6 months, which helps us to provide you with consistent results whenever you need a re-order. Simply quote your previous order number(s) when placing your new order and we'll use the artwork that we have for you on file.
