Nothing to complain about regarding the stickers themselves or the customer support. I think the tutorials on the website could maybe need some more clarity but I had such a good experience communicating with the company that it didn't really lower my grade in any way. Thank you!

This is at least my fourth time ordering the enamel and wooden keychains and they always look amazing! The colors are so vibrant, and the enamel is practically indestructible. I have had one on my messy key ring for almost a year and there isn't a single scratch on it. Highly recommend!

I'm more than thrilled receiving my batch of wooden pins. I normally opt for hard enamel from other vendors, but seeing examples from Zap Creatives made me realize the details and colors stay sharp and vibrant with their wooden pins.

I was a bit concerned initially as they said the stickers could possibly turn out blurry but they turned out great and are not blurry at all!

I'm super happy, the standee came out so beautiful! Communication was quick and easy, the whole team helped me very well with my request and first time order. Even though it was a spontaneous and therefore quite urgent request (and shipping to Germany on top of all that), ZAP! handled it so great and fast, I'm very thankful for the whole service.
