I've been eyeing Zap! for years now as a future resource in stickers/keychains/etc. I finally had my moment that I needed stickers for my thesis titled "The Cult House". Amazing customer service team and kept me informed on the progress of my stickers. When I had an incident of my mail being stolen from my apartment, they had no issue redirecting my package before being mailed out. Super fast communication. Would use them again for future projects!
I ordered a shield style pin badge and the whole process was great. The emails were good at explaining how to check the proof design. I was able to have confidence in the look of the final product. And when it was delivered the quality of the pin badge was very good. The metal didnt feel cheap, the design was crisp and looked very professional. Thank you.
