Each keychain is fully customised with your football club badge, crest, logo or slogan, allowing you to create merchandise that perfectly reflects your club’s identity. The recycled acrylic provides a crisp, vibrant finish while remaining lightweight, durable and environmentally friendly.
All keychains are supplied fully assembled on a quality silver-plated split ring with chain-style keychain fixing, ensuring a strong, premium feel that supporters will use every day. Every item is finished with a custom printed backing card and packaged in a clear PLA cello display bag, making them completely retail-ready for your club shop, matchday stalls or online store.

Free Artwork Setup
Getting started is easy. Simply send us your club badge, crest, logo or slogan and our skilled in-house artwork team will handle the rest.
We’ll prepare your design for production and create a digital artwork proof showing exactly how your pin badges will look. You’ll have the chance to review and approve the design before we proceed.
Full production only begins once you’ve approved the artwork, ensuring you receive high-quality pin badges you’ll be proud to sell to your supporters.
Use our single quantity option to purchase samples of your designs before committing to a final production run. Once you are satisfied with your samples and you are ready to place a full order, we will provide you with a discount code for 50% of the cost of any samples ordered.
You must inform us when placing bulk orders based on previous samples so that we can ensure repeatability.
Please note that discount codes can only be used on final orders based on your sample artwork and will only be valid on orders placed within 30 days of your sample order.
You should expect to produce several prototypes of your designs before commiting to a final production run. Purchasing samples will give you the opportunity to see how your designs will look once they are turned into finished products and will allow you to check for any potential problems with your artwork.
We cannot issue refunds or replacements for any artwork issues where samples were not requested beforehand.
To receive your discount code, simply contact us at info@zapcreatives.com with your sample order number(s) and we will issue you with a unique code for 50% of the cost of any applicable samples received.
Can you help set up our club artwork?
Yes. Simply send us your club badge, crest, logo or slogan using the Upload Artwork button or email it to info@zapcreatives.com. Our in-house artwork team will prepare everything for you and send a digital proof for approval before production begins.
Will we see a proof before production?
Yes. We always send a digital artwork proof so you can review and approve your pin badge design. Production only starts once you’ve approved the proof.
Why are your metal pin badges eco-friendly?
Our pin badges are made in the UK, which significantly reduces carbon emissions compared to overseas manufacturing. They’re produced from recyclable stainless steel and brass and printed using VOC-free inks.
What materials are the pin badges made from?
Our football club pin badges are made from 430 stainless steel, finished with a durable epoxy resin dome for extra protection.
Are the pin badges hypoallergenic?
Yes. Our materials are nickel-free, lead-free and hypoallergenic, making them safe for everyday wear.
Will the design wear or scratch?
The print quality is excellent, and the epoxy resin dome adds extra durability, protecting the badge from scratches and everyday use.
How long does production take?
We typically produce custom football club pin badges within 5–10 working days from artwork approval. We recommend ordering early for key fixtures or events.
Do you provide backing cards and packaging?
Yes. All pin badges are supplied on custom printed backing cards and packed in clear PLA display bags, ready for matchday or online sales.
Can we place a re-order?
Absolutely. We store your artwork for 6 months, making re-orders quick and consistent. Just quote your previous order number.

All of the inks that we use are VOC free and adhere to strict EU standards. And all of our resin domed products are manufactured using a polyurethane monomer made from corn and soybean by-products.
Corn and soybeans are both available in abundance and reduce our dependence on petrochemicals.
Our Bio-resin performs and lasts as long as regular PU resins, whilst being significantly kinder to the environment.
