I have placed two sticker orders with Zap so far, and each time their service and quality has been exemplary. They communicate quickly and clearly. When I’ve needed changes to my orders (like updating shipping type), they’ve been very prompt and friendly. Their sticker quality is excellent as well. The print colors are bright and accurate, and the die cuts are precise with no offset. Also! Their packaging is really good. I’m a customer in the states, so the stickers are sent internationally. My latest shipment was inspected by customs, so I was worried that some of the product would have been messed up in the inspection. But! Zap’s packaging is really nice and protective and the stickers arrived in great condition. I will absolutely be ordering more from Zap in the future!
The quality of the printing is great, but a large proportion of the artwork wasn't centrally-aligned very well, so I returned them. I find it stressful needing to complain, and wish that more attention could be given to the manufacture so I didn't need to 😔
Everything about this process was top notch. Great Photoshop templates, instructions, website, communication, draft artwork and final product. Don't know where they could improve!
