Very communicative. Had a slight misunderstanding about my order, I assumed something was obvious that in hindsight wasn't, and they bent over backwards to sort it for me and get it to me on time. I'm super happy with the quality of my pins and the service I received and I'll definitely be a return customer.
I ordered some pins from here about a month ago. Package got here super quick (shipping from UK to Denmark in about a week, production time included). But unfortunately there was a mistake on the declared value in the invoice, which stated the currency in GBP instead of DKK, racking up the price for import fees. So I had to get my order reshipped unfortunately. But you guys were super helpful and apologetic about the whole situation, and sent me the second package free of charge. It arrived after less than a week, and the pins looked great and is really nice quality! Also pretty good price considering I custom designed 3 different pins. All in all I was a bit disappointed to not be able to give my sister her birthday gift on time, but with the service and the product being so great, I can’t really complain too much. Definitely recommend buying from here :)
