The charms are such great quality, and I love that they are made with recycled materials!! Uploading an artwork was also so easy, and I did not need to ask for revisions on the digital proofs. The other thing I wanted to applaud them for is their exceptional customer service. They made sure that I got my acrylic charms in time for an upcoming event and were so understanding with my circumstances. Would definitely work with them again!!
This is our second order of pin badges. We are so impressed with the quality - the print is incredibly detailed, retaining all the depth of the original artwork and the badges feel sturdy and well made. We will be purchasing again!
I'm an old customer and I'm still so very happy with Zap! For the first time I had a problem with one of my files which wasn't really nice once printed on wood and after a little back and forth with the design departement which very kindly warned me, they very nicely modified my design and it's now perfect. I also ordered for the first time some very very tiny charms (0.5") and they turned out perfectly printed. Customer service 5 stars as it has always been.
