I've ordered several different key chains over the past couple of months, and the results have been really nice. Great service and, they've always achieved the lead times they quote me.
The only thing I would note is that Zap treat side B (reverse side) as the side they apply the epoxy dome finish on, so if you want it on the "front" of your design like I do, you have to be mindful to switch sides A and B in your design submissions.
They really went above and beyond to get these pins to me in time for a con and they even arrived EARLY!!! Absolutely phenomenal job all involved.
I really have had nothing but positive experiences with Zap and their ability to make custom acrylic keychain charms. They've always been helpful and the quality of the finished product is perfect! A++. I'll be doing a lot of business with them.
I bought a load of pin badges, they turned out really nice, the colours are solid and bright. Just be aware that when they turn up, they are not all burned or misprinted- I stupidly didn't realise it was just a layer of protection for during the laser cutting. It just peels off to reveal the unblemished printing.
