I cannot believe the quality of the pins I received. 100 pins, 10 designs. I received close to +130. Expecting some seconds in the bunch, only to my surprise nearly EVERY PIN is perfect. Only 3 (YES 3 out of +130) had the injection plastic visible on some clear sections or was noticeable on the back. (Completely sellable seconds, I'm just a fussy owner)
Also I was completely floored with how the pins arrive. 10 designs arrived grouped by their clutches in paper bags, well packaged and completely eco-friendly. I didn't communicate this to the Zap! team that certain pins belong to certain sets/series, but the time, effort and care that went into packaging +100 pins has me coming back for future designs.
Communication with the Zap! team is also top notice as well. Rapid emails (like next day/less than 48 hours), made the process seamless.
I was also delighted to see on shipping invoice, my compliments from the single sample pins were passed onto the construction team for the final order pins.
I order all my stickers on Zap, their quality is top notch, and eco friendly !
