Festive Tree Decorations

This was my second time ordering with Zap!

I am very pleased with how they turned out and with the customer service I received. The wooden charms are the same as the 'festive charms', apart from they don't come with the hanging loop. For me, this was a good thing, because when I got them with the hanging loops I ended up cutting them off and replacing them with ribbon (which looked a lot nicer). By ordering them as regular charms there is less waste so I'd recommend that.

In my first order, there was nothing to say that things had to be peeled so I thought they were all ruined and sent them an email. Felt very stupid when they told me they just have a paper sticker on top. From some reviews I've read, I'm not the only person to be alarmed by this. Apparently there is supposed to be a slip in with the order to tell you, but none of my orders have had them. I think this would be a good idea.

But as for the charms, and the the badges that I ordered, they all look great. The colours are bright, the edges are smooth. They've been very popular so I'll be ordering more for sure!

I ordered the gloss vinyl sticker sheets on account of the subject matter. Colour excellent, cut lines well placed, and a nice thick feel. The overall design was centered which is very important to the overall impression. Very happy, and my customer was too! Thank you! 😊

I ordered a small batch of pins for the first time, and they came out beautifully. The color, the wood cutting, and the clear prints are amazing. I was worried about how small they were, but my fears went away the moment I saw them in the mail. I have plans to order again!

I've had to reorder these already as they are so popular. I made these charms as a gift for my partner and I’s 2-year anniversary - the quality and clarity of the designs and colours are delightful and they turned out exactly how I’d hoped! Also, it was very kind of Zap to send me copies of the charms for free as it meant I could keep a set :). The price is very good and the quality and craftsmanship is outstanding. I would definitely recommend Zap to a friend and plan to use them again.

This was my first time ordering an acrylic stand and I can say working with the Zap team was amazing! I am so excited to order more stands from them in the future. They answered my questions in a timely manner, and were not afraid to follow up there was anything in the design that seemed strange. The process of putting your design on the stand was very clear and for those curious I used Clip Studio Paint and I was able to make their files work.

The colors of the stand turned out as vivid as I hoped, and all the pieces feel very sturdy. This was a wedding gift and they absolutely loved it!

Our acrylic keychains look amazing and have been very popular so far. The design process was quick and easy. Their shipping was fast, easy to track, and used all paper-based packaging, so no styrofoam or plastic bag pillows, which I really appreciate.
One recommendation - go for the double sided printing/double layer acrylic. I decided to go with one sided and they still look great, but would have been much better had I gone for the double sided, which I will when I reorder in the future.

I've used Zap! for years for multiple different projects and have been impressed with each one! I'm most currently in love with all the wood options--I get compliments on how charming the wood is for my standees especially. They're easily my best sellers. Communication with the team is very easy which I appreciate, any issues I've ever had were figured out and taken care of!
