The engraving is barely legible, inconsistent, and does not reflect the level of craftsmanship I expected. This is unacceptable, as I specifically chose your service based on the quality showcased on your website.

They turned out so beautifully! The colors are so vibrant, and the spot gloss is placed expertly even though the magnets are pretty small. I love them!
