I usually do my own design setup but I didn't have time this go-round. The design setup by the Zap team was excellent. My charms look great, they feel great. I only wish they would come with more than the chain because I need to figure out where to get the hooks or split rings elsewhere - but I knew that when I ordered. I didn't enjoy peeling all the protective stickers off to put them in clear bags for my art booth, but they were well-protected during shipping this way. Will definitely purchase again when I can.

Very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the sticker sheets. I had previously ordered some stickers so I knew the print quality would be great but I didn't expect the sheets to be this good.
