I recently received my order, and unfortunately, the engraving quality does not meet the standard your company promised. The engraving is barely legible, inconsistent, and does not reflect the level of craftsmanship I expected. This is unacceptable, as I specifically chose your service based on the quality showcased on your website.

Given the poor workmanship, I kindly request a full refund for my order. Please let me know the next steps to process this request. I look forward to your prompt resolution

They turned out so beautifully! The colors are so vibrant, and the spot gloss is placed expertly even though the magnets are pretty small. I love them!

I love the intense color on top of the white inks, no companies do it better.

I'm so happy with the little charms ! The print is awesome, the colors are perfect and the quality is absolutely gorgeous :D Also the support was sooo good because I did a mistake with my little second charm and they helped me with this so fast! I'm so happy that I ordered my stuff here and I will do it also in the future !

good color quality, acrylic was free of blemishes, and it is very sturdy. This is the largest size. Love it allot!

I used the custom template in order to get a borderless print & they came out just how I wanted them to.

They also included extra pins in case some arrived damaged, which I'm grateful for.

I couldn't be happier with the keychain! Extremely high quality, doesnt scratch against the keys, no sharp edges. Staff were extremely helpful and notified me of a problem with the two sprite sides not matching up, so glad they pointed it out instead of just printing it. Amazing to see my lil character come to life like this!
