I have lots of acrylic charms made with Zap as the quality is excellent - the print quality is crisp, the colours are perfectly saturated and the cut of the charms are always smooth. The customer service is always friendly and happy to help with any issues. The fact this is a uk company who use recycled materials is the cherry on top :) Here are my most recent sleepy cat charms.

The stickers look amazing! They just got here today. The whole process was pretty easy and I love that they email you how they will be cut and sized on the sheet!! Absolutely amazing customer support!

I love it how turned out 😭 It looks really great. Though, it costs a pretty penny so I’m not sure if I have the money to make as many as I would like, probably once in awhile.

Have ordered a number of standees now and they continue to be great in both quality and time frame for which they are completed and shipped. Will likely continue to get more for my work as long as quality remains as great in the future as it is now.

Customer service was great especially when I accidentally added backing cards they were prompt with resolving and issuing a refund. Honestly, the whole experience was great and even when I forgot to peel the protective film off the final product, Dave was prompt, patient and helpful. Pictures below show proof, before peeling protective film and after peeling.

The quality of the wood pin is excellent and even had an accent of burnt wood, which I really like. Will definitely order again!

Overall, I'm satisfied with the quality of the delivered products, though a few arrived with the pin parts broken off and one had no pin or backing at all. Upon counting, these broken/unfinished ones were extras, though I would have preferred not to receive the broken ones.

Artwork setup was speedy and simple. Shoutout to Nicole and Karen who were able to answer all of my questions and dispatch my items before I expected! Highly recommend and will be repurchasing. The stickers are very high quality and I love the sparkles.
