I used the custom template in order to get a borderless print & they came out just how I wanted them to.

They also included extra pins in case some arrived damaged, which I'm grateful for.

I couldn't be happier with the keychain! Extremely high quality, doesnt scratch against the keys, no sharp edges. Staff were extremely helpful and notified me of a problem with the two sprite sides not matching up, so glad they pointed it out instead of just printing it. Amazing to see my lil character come to life like this!

I've ordered thousands of wood charms/pins from Zap at this point. Wood products have become a large part of my brand and this will always be my go-to place to get them done. I've only had a few issues with orders over the years but they have always been quickly resolved. Highly recommend!

I placed a small order for Glitter Keychains to test out Zap! Creatives as a vendor and now my only wish is that I made a larger order! I love the quality of these and they came out perfect. I will definitely be placing future orders! My artwork file was pretty much ready to print, but their design team will work with you if you need it.

The wood is nice and light, I've had one of the phone charms on my own case for the last 2 weeks and it's shown no signs of damage or scratching from daily use. Also, my designs had a lot of light and vivid colors which the printer transferred onto the wood without dulling or blurring. While I wish there was a double-sided option, overall, they are of very good quality!

Super easy to order, especially as I had a number of designs. Customer service from design and dispatch teams was fantastic, and they send you extras to cover any potential faults missed by QA, which was much appreciated. Quality is excellent, ordering more products for my shop next week!

Really great quality, the designs came out really well and visible, strong sturdy pin backings, fast production, helpful and informative proofing one of my designs needed to be altered to hide the backing and they did this perfectly. Highly recommend. I love how they turned out.

I've been using Zap Creatives for a few years now, for acrylic charms (that I make into keychains), button badges and stickers. Have always had great results so very pleased. Will be using them again! :)
