I've never made any sort of keychain before, and Zap was recommended as a great partner for a first- timer, and they were! The instructions for cutlines and hole placement were clear, and specifying my hardware was easy. I appreciated that I received updates for every step of the manufacturing process, so I always knew where my keychains were in the process.

Got my magnets and they're SO cute, vibrant, and smell great! My only critique for the future is that I wish the magnets had a full magnetic back to cover the surface area rather than just a magnetic button, but they get the job done. Thanks so much!
