Can you help me set up my custom earring designs?
Yes! simply submit your artwork using the 'upload artwork' button or email your artwork to info@zapcreatives.com, along with any instructions (hole location, transparencies, etc) and we'll create your charms and send you a digital proof for your approval.
What material are the metal earring charms made of?
We use 304 stainless steel and brass for our metal earring charms.
Can your metal earring charms be recycled?
Yes, both steel and brass can be recycled many times over.
Is this stainless steel hypoallergenic & nickel free?
Yes, 304 stainless steel is nickel and lead free, hypoallergenic and won't tarnish or rust.
Are the earring findings hypoallergenic & nickel free?
Yes, both our stud earrings and earring wires are hypoallergenic and free from nickel and lead.
Do the earring studs have backs?
Yes, all our earring studs are supplied with butterfly style earring backs.
Will the earrings arrive constructed or will I have to construct the earrings myself?
You will recieve fully constructed earrings.
How thick is the metal?
Our printed metal earring charms are 0.7mm thick.
Is the metal easy to bend?
No, you would have to really try and bend the charms to distort them. However, a design wth lots of internal cuts would be easier to bend.
Can my earring charms have more than one hole or loop?
Yes. Let us know how many holes or loops you would like and where you would like them placing and we'll send you a digital proof.
How does the second charm option work?
Adding a second charm to your earrings, allows you to create more interesting designs. You can choose to hang your second charm directly from an earring wire using a jumpring or by attaching it to your first charm to create a cascade effect. Check out our product images for inspiration.
Can I add more than 2 charms to an earring design?
Yes you can. Please contact a member of our team, who will be happy to assist you with any custom ideas.

How long will my custom earrings take to make?

How long do I have to submit my artwork?
You have up to 2 weeks from the date of your order to submit your artwork.
Can I place a re-order?
We store your artwork for 6 months, which helps us to provide you with consistent results whenever you need a re-order. Simply quote your previous order number(s) when placing your new order and we'll use the artwork that we have for you on file.
