Production and delivery took longer than I'd been used to from previous orders with Zap, but I absolutely love my new buttons and can't wait to order more varieties!
The colours turned out lovely and crisp, and they feel sturdy when applied.
Make sure you place your order very much on time.
This was my first time doing something like this and it was amazing. I liked how the Zap team informed me about each process and the final results where great. I’d definitely order again, although next time I’d probably get a gloss coating put onto the pins. Thank you!!
Caught out by delivery date. Website says 4 to 5 days but that's after they've gone fully through their design to production stage. Actually took 2 weeks. When arrived they were great product so can't complain there
Overall, I'm satisfied with the quality of the delivered products, though a few arrived with the pin parts broken off and one had no pin or backing at all. Upon counting, these broken/unfinished ones were extras, though I would have preferred not to receive the broken ones.
