Important Update for Our U.S. Customers

On August 29, 2025, the United States ends its de minimis exemption, which previously allowed imports under $800 to enter The U.S. duty-free.

Postal vs Courier Shipments

  • Postal shipments (e.g. Royal Mail → USPS): For the next six months, these services may face a flat import fee of $80–$200 per shipment, regardless of the order value.
  • Courier shipments (DHL, FedEx): All of the courier services that we use go through formal customs clearance and are charged the normal ad valorem duty (a percentage of the shipment value, which is an average of 15% based on our product HS codes). 
  • We will therefore be offering our U.S. customers a 15% discount code to reduce their orders by 15% and offset these tariffs, including those caused by the end of de minimis. 

Example: a $200 order of badges ≈ $30 duty. With courier ad valorem rates, this brings the order to $230.

By discounting all U.S. orders by 15%, this same order costs $170 and offsets the import fees faced at customs.

  • We now ship all U.S. orders via courier to avoid unfair flat-rate charges.
  • This means your import costs are transparent and based on shipment value only.
