Recycled Backing Cards

Our backing cards are made from 100% recycled, 350gsm uncoated paper. Which means that you can now package your eco-friendly merchandise in eco-friendly packaging!

Recycled backing cards measure 85mm x 55mm and are available with single or double-sided printing options.

1 design per order.

Add backing cards to your pin badge orders and we'll attach your pins to your cards for you, before individually bagging them in clear, eco-friendly, compostable display bags.

Add backing cards to your charm orders however and we'll dispatch your charms, recycled backing cards and clear, compostable display bags together, but you will need to attach your charms yourself. We recommend using glue dots.

Placing a re-order?
We store your artwork for 6 months, which helps us to provide you with consistent results when you request a re-order. Simply quote your previous order number when placing your new order and we'll use the artwork that we have for you on file.

If you are unable to set your custom pin artwork up for any reason, we do offer an artwork set up service for all of our custom pin manufacturing services.

Please note that this service is simply to take your completed artwork and use it to create a basic white layer and cutline.

Once we have set your pin artwork we will send you a digital copy which you can use to submit your custom pin orders.

To use this service, simply email your artwork along with any instructions to info@zapcreatives.com and we will take a look at it for you before sending you an invoice via PayPal.

Use our single quantity option to purchase samples of your designs before committing to a final production run. Once you are satisfied with your samples and you are ready to place a full order, we will provide you with a discount code for 50% of the cost of any samples ordered.

You must inform us when placing bulk orders based on previous samples so that we can ensure repeatability.

Please note that discount codes can only be used on final orders based on your sample artwork and will only be valid on orders placed within 30 days of your sample order.

You should expect to produce several prototypes of your designs before commiting to a final production run. Purchasing samples will give you the opportunity to see how your designs will look once they are turned into finished products and will allow you to check for any potential problems with your artwork.

We cannot issue refunds or replacements for any artwork issues where samples were not requested beforehand.

To receive your discount code, simply contact us at info@zapcreatives.com with your sample order number(s) and we will issue you with a unique code for 50% of the cost of any applicable samples received.

The current production time for our backing cards is 3 to 5 working days plus Delivery Times*

Production begins once we have received your order and artwork. If we encounter any problems with your artwork we will notify you during working hours and production will begin once we have received your corrected designs.

Our manufacturing hours are 8.30am to 5pm GMT Monday to Friday. Any orders received after 9am will be processed the following morning.

*Working days are Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays and major national holidays. We will always notify our customers of any closures in advance via our email newsletter and social media channels.

Please note that the 3 to 5 working day turnaround mentioned above is for backing cards only. If we are attaching pins to your backing cards then please refer to our acrylic and wooden pin badge pages for more accurate packaging times.

The current production times for our acrylic pin badges and wooden pin badges is approximately 12 to 15 working days plus Delivery Times*

Production begins once we have received your order and artwork. If we encounter any problems with your artwork we will notify you during working hours and production will begin once we have received your corrected designs.
