We wanted to share a quick update with our EU customers about an upcoming change to shipping.
Over the past few months, we’ve been running a temporary offer where we paid the VAT and duties on all EU orders and shipped using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This meant no VAT or fees were due on delivery, regardless of order value, and we’re really glad we could offer this while we did.
This temporary offer will end on Monday 2nd February 2026.
From Monday onward, EU orders will return to our original shipping method (DDU / DAP – Delivered Duties Unpaid / Delivered At Place).
This means:
Under DDU / DAP shipping, it is the buyer’s responsibility to calculate and pay any duties, VAT, or local fees required by their government when the order is imported.
To help with this, we’ve included the relevant HS (Harmonised System) codes below, which you can use to estimate any charges your local customs authority may apply before placing an order.

The DDP setup was always intended as a short-term measure to simplify things during a busy period. Returning to DDU / DAP allows us to keep pricing fair, transparent, and sustainable, while giving customers full visibility and control over how local taxes are handled.
