Very impressed with the quality, speed and care of the customer service. Incredibly reasonably priced. However, only 4 stars rather than 5 due to the fact that the artwork isn't quite central on the final pin.
I’m so pleased with how these turned out. The colours are so vibrant and the natural wood texture adds an extra dimension. Manufacturing in the UK is really important to my business, and I’ll be a returning customer for sure
The stickers and acrylic keychains are good quality. I will be ordering from Zap Creatives again but the DHL express shipping was delayed by a week
I've never made any sort of keychain before, and Zap was recommended as a great partner for a first- timer, and they were! The instructions for cutlines and hole placement were clear, and specifying my hardware was easy. I appreciated that I received updates for every step of the manufacturing process, so I always knew where my keychains were in the process.
The print quality is excellent, and the hardware feels like it'll last a long time. I'm looking forward to making more!
